Registered Customers:
  1. Click the "Home" tab from anywhere in the Customer Center
  2. Enter the known criteria for your customer
  3. Click "Lookup" button
  4. Click "Select" link to the right of the customer's email address
  5. Click "Confirm / Log in as Customer" button
  6. Click "Create Order" button
  7. Proceed through the storefront as if you were the customer.

Unregistered Customers:
  1. Click the "Home" tab from anywhere in the Customer Center
  2. Click "Unregistered Customer" button
  3. Proceed through the storefront as if you were the customer.
